is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization committed to strengthening bilateral relations between the United States and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Our mission is to advance strategic, multidimensional cooperation between the two nations through sustained policy engagement, advocacy, and bilateral collaboration to ensure a future that is stronger, safer, and more prosperous for both

Enhance Security and Stability

We promote coordinated U.S.-DRC efforts in counterterrorism, border control, and peacekeeping. Our focus includes strengthening the capacity of the Congolese armed forces, advancing joint intelligence initiatives, and supporting diplomatic efforts to address the root causes of regional instability, including illicit resource exploitation and foreign-backed militancy.

Foster Economic and Infrastructure Partnerships

USCSN champions policies that encourage responsible U.S. investment in the DRC’s mineral-rich economy. We support bilateral trade agreements, public-private partnerships, and American participation in critical infrastructure projects. Our objective is to facilitate ethical access to strategic minerals essential to clean energy and technology supply chains, while promoting inclusive growth in the DRC.

Promote Democratic Governance and Institutional Integrity

We advocate for transparent governance, credible electoral processes, and the protection of civil liberties in the DRC. Through policy recommendations and strategic engagement with U.S. lawmakers, we seek to align U.S. foreign assistance with measurable democratic benchmarks, ensuring that cooperation is both principled and impactful.
